After 2 weeks without a game watch, it's time to get back together to see the Mountaineers take on Texas Tech.

By request, we will have another 50/50 raffle to support The Pride Travel Fund. In September, the lucky winner walked away with $150. Let's try and exceed that amount on Saturday! We will also have touchdown give-aways with great Mountaineer prizes.

The DFW Chapter and the WVU Alumni Association are pleased to welcome you to Fort Worth prior to the WVU-TCU game on Nov. 2.

Before you head to the game, join us on Friday, Nov. 1, for a special "welcome" reception at Billy Bob's Texas located in the historic stockyards. This unique entertainment facility is billed as "The World's Largest Honky Tonk." Come see why Billy Bob's has been voted Country Music Club of the year 12 times!

Admission includes a Texas BBQ dinner, live entertainment, and a fun-filled night with your fellow Mountaineer fans, friends, and family.

Guests are responsible for parking ($5 self or $10 valet), cash bar, and optional admission to the bull riding show.

• Doors open: 6 PM
• Dinner: 6:45 PM
• Local Band: 8-10 PM
• Bull Riding Shows: 9 PM & 10 PM ($3 admission)
• David Nail Concert: 10:30 PM-midnight
• Bar closes at 2 AM

Due to the large number of fans traveling to Waco, we will not have a game watch this week. See you again on 10/19 for Texas Tech.

A few reminders for those headed to Waco tomorrow:

• The tailgate begins at 4:00
• Baylor fans have been asked to wear gold so Mountaineer fans should wear BLUE
• There will be a cash bar at the tailgate (this will be cash only - no credit)
• There will be a 50/50 raffle (we will take credit or cash for the raffle)
  
• The Mountaineer and Cheerleaders will be there shortly before 5:00 and stay for 45 min-1 hour. They will be available for pictures.
  

Everyone have a safe trip and if you're not headed to the game, we will see you on Oct 19 at Buffalo Joe's.
